The frequency depends on the type of a plant, the planting medium you use, and on the season of the year / region you live in. During warm months we recommend using the plant tea every 2-3 weeks for plants that live in soil, and weekly or bi-weekly for plants living in soil-less medium. We recommend shifting the fertilization schedule to bimonthly during the colder months.

Over-fertilizing can be harmful to plants, so be careful not to exceed the recommend guidelines.
